120202 on one of our 2004 Index ABC machines

Hello all. I am getting the 120202 on one of our 2004 Index ABC machines that we just got in. one runs fine, the other........ not so much. i tried loading an image but it does not want to let me. what i have is an 8 and no light on +5v. All other lights are lit. +5v is present in the ribbon. I'm kind of at a loss. I have limited experience with Siemens but i am looking forward to learning more.
