Hello There I am having difficulty getting a wifi connection using a TP link USB adapter. It recognises the device but doesn't establish a network interface. i am assuming its got to do with a driver. i have tried to install the driver but i cant seem to get the right command to do this. Can you point me in the right direction to resolve this please. Hi, if there is no wlan0 interface available when the stickj is plugged, most likely the kernel drivers for this chip are missing. I also have two TP Link stick, which do not work. You could either integrate the drivers in a self-built image or use a USB-WiFi module known to work. I would recommend the second option. Best regards! |
