Unified panel doesn't show up in selection menu

Hello everyone,

I have recently purchased tia portal prof and wincc comfort unified ES, yet when i go to add the new panel from the "add device" menu, it doesnt show unified panels. anyone know why this might not be working?

i thought i dowloaded everything it told me too, is there any specific file i might be missing?

i does say i have wincc adv installed, yet i cant see the unified when i look under "installed software"

i already had all software installed from when we used the basic license.

I do have the windows 10 pro, but its the 2004 version, so that means im unable to use these screens at all?

Make sure the Windows settings are configured correctly FAQ 109773589

Then step through the installation process again and you should be able to install the Panels

Eventhough im sure i needed to dowload the update aswell, that did not seem to be the main problem. ive tried dowloading every file that had to do with the unified panels. The only problem i ran into was with the update for "Wincc unified PC" it requiered a form of SCADA already installed, yet i think it wasnt the right file anyway since i just need the "WinCC Unified Engineering (TIA Portal) V16.0 Upd3" i found the update for all of TIA so i dowloaded that one, and the 3rd and 5th update for the unified panel images. 

mind you im a selftaught user of TIA portal, i may have missed something very obvious to you professionals.
