Sinumeric 810D Powerline - Waiting for NCK Connection

i have a Siemens Sinumeric 810D Powerline CNC. last time i used it and turned off, everything was normal. 15 minutes later when i tried to turn it on again for another work, it didn't turn on as it should have been. i've attached a photo of the screen, showing "waiting for NCK connection" message. there is this message on the screen even if i wait for hours, backlight of the controller's keyboard is blinking and nothing else happening.  system is not working at all. there is another photo of the back side of the system that i thought maybe it can help you to understand situation, in the link below:

also, i've checked the pcmcia memory card attached to the system that has supposed to include a backup copy of the system software, but it was empty...

so, can i download a copy of my system software to see if its help or not or do you have another suggestion to fix this error?

 You are good post one picture. But i need to see another picture then can give you help--post picture of your 810D CCU --front --I need to see the LED's and # on it.

You can check communication cable <--> CCU X122. if you think in 15 minutes --no one toych then cable. Just post picture 

PS: Now you main task is to check CCU is good? backup and download is 2nd thing

 Your CCU picture showing CCU is not working , --it is possible dead.

please take picture of the back of your PCU or MMC. I think you have PCU20 or MMC 100 or MMC100.2  just make sure.

and more important--tell here more detail of story why your CCU will display like that.

I took a look to some pics that I had in my archive because I made a machine in 2002 with 810D PowerLine and CCU but I don't remember the version (but I have it noted somewhere)

My memory card slot was not empty like your. Maybe you have a different hardware version, but my CCU didn't start without memory card with system software inserted ... Did you (or someone else) take it out for some reason ?
