My AOP30 starts but it shows "?????"

please reply ASAP its an urgent.

On analysis it was found following points :-

1. As per configuration the Drive AOP was communicating with serial RS 232 cable. In  serial cable  there is a 9 pins connector in which only 3 pin should be configured as per Siemens AOP manual i.e. pin  2 for Rx ,3 for Tx and 5 for Ground.

2.During testing at Pin 2 & 5 it was showing -5.595 V.

3.At Pin 3 & 5 no voltage was showing.

4.At pin 8 & 5 it was showing -5.59 V.

5.Checked the continuity of Pin 5 with panel ground it was found OK.

6.Checked the 24 V supply with Oscilloscope it was found healthy.

7.Shielding cable was not connected and point was also not defined in AOP to connect the shielding cable.

Anyway try following:

Change the RS232 CABLE/Change connector

Check loose connection /Clean the control unit port.

AOP port problem/CU Port problem (try to connect same AOP with different CU)

Change firmware of Control unit /AOP

I have checked all except firmware upgrade.Please give a link to download firmware of AOP. In my existing system CU having Firmware 4743510

How to get new firmware of Control unit /AOP.

New question published by AutoGen_4550988 is split to a separate thread with the subject AOP30 shows ????.
