F07840 Drive: Infeed operation missing

Hi,

Totally 2 Single motor module and 1 double motor module configured to  one indeed and Control unit.

Error generated in double motor module.

 I have a doubt while continues running of motor / drive how the indeed signal operation missing.

Whether particular signal missing in communication.

For all drive in P864 assigned as r863 and it online status 3H.

but how particular drive only got the error while continues operation.

Is there any other possibility for signal missing?

After power restart only this issue is resolved.

But I don't know whether this error will trigger again.

please check again p864 on all drives! 

It cannot be 6000ms - at p864 you have to connect the "in operation" signal of the infeed so that the drives "know" that the infeed is working before you can switch them on.

In case you have an infeed with DRIVE-CLiQ you should see that r863.x (of the infeed) is connected to p864 (of the drives).

maybe you should explain the whole problem again. It becomes confusing.

So you are able to start your drives (motor running)? -> and during operation you get the signal "infeed operation missing", is that your situation? Or isn't it possible to start the motors anyway?

If yes, I think you should have some other faults at the infeed during operation so that the infeed gone into fault state, isn't it? Do you have active faults?

During operation i got the signal "infeed operation missing".

No other fault was received.

To me it looks like the enable of the infeed was withdrawn during operation.

How do you control the infeed (switch on/off)? By PLC or Digital input?
