I wrote AI1 and you answer this.

You can't read the mA output backwards in the LOGO!. The LOGO! base module gives only the units (0-1000) to the expansion module via bus, the base module doesn't know become no answere what mA the expansion module gives out. 

You can not add an delay timer before the AQ.

And if you delay the AQ, the PI controller don't work correctly.
