Protection mode: When the pump is inactive, the PLC will power on the remaining backup pump to operate, if at this time the backup pump still does not work, the PLC will turn on the power to signal the pump is in trouble. Sorry, but I don't understand this statement. We seem to be talking past each other. I can't help you ....

But now it seems that you want something different than described in the opening post. LuuTun Hello everyone. I need help from you guys. I need to solve this problem but I can't do it yet. I will briefly discuss this issue as follows. I need to control two pumps. Control principle: Running mode is alternate backup, one pump runs one backup pump with 24h rotation cycle Two modes of manual and automatic control via switch lock: - Manual mode: Use push buttons - Automatic mode: Programming on PLC Logo Running principle: During normal operation, when the water level reaches L2 (Tr7 Water Level Relay is active), PLC-Logo will power the pump to the operating session; If the water level rises to L1 level (Tr5 water level relay is active) transmit signal to I2 input of PLC , PLC calls the backup pump to operate; When the water level drops to low level L3 (Tr6 level relay works) transmit signal to I4 input of PLC, at this time PLC will stop 2 pumps, when water level reaches L2 level (Tr7 water level relay) will close power for the pump to come back on; Protection mode: When the pump is inactive, the PLC will power on the remaining backup pump to operate, if at this time the backup pump still does not work, the PLC will turn on the power to signal the pump is in trouble.
