FM458-1 DP goes into STOP

dorin74 Regular Member Joined: 8/2/2009 Last visit: 10/1/2024 Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Hi, In our 20Hi Rolling Mill , we have problem with FM458-1 DP module. It goes into STOP. In CFC, "module information" said: Error panels: no error Exceptions: last crash , ID: #4 USER, Supplementary ID: 54 ( User STOP triggered on this CPU) This crash appear after a time between 1 to 4 hour. It is repeatable , with time delay. To restart the FM458 module , I switched to STOP and again to RUN, and FM458 runs OK. Please, help me to find the problem and to fix it. No Siemens Simatic software on PC. Do You have another suggestion? Could Be something wrong with Fm458 modules? Like hardware problem? Regards, Dorin

Check also diagnostic information from Simatic Manager: right-click on FM458-1DP, select 'PLC-Module Information'.

You didn't post diagnostic from FM458-1DP: from Simatic Manager: right-click on FM458-1DP, select 'PLC-Module Information'. As I see from your screenshots you have 'C-UserFB'-folder in CFC-catalog of FB's. Do you use these blocks in the program? May they are the reason of FM stop? Do you have any non-standard library imported in the project?
