Hmi application being invisible in pcs7 multiproject

I also meet the same error,I use PCS7 V7.0 SP1,In addition to removing data in SQL, I also clear the latched RT data in ODBC,then the OS appear again

hi guys,

i've just been going through the same problem. where the OS was not visible in my PCS7 MP (V7.1 SP2).

the problem occured after a Standalone Wincc project was run on the PC, which is PCS7 installed.

i have traced the problem to some sort of corruption/overload within SQL server.

to resolve the problem simply open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio , open the "Database

Snapshots" folder found by expanding the "Databases"Folder and delete all the archive files within them(Segmented files, they will show dates as per archive setup in WinCC)

this has resolved the problem and my winnc objects are now available in Simatic Manager.
