I do not have any explanation for the connection of MD 35300 and MD34040 with a misconfiguration in encoder response. The only possible explanation would be, the test (movement of spindle) has been executed with active SPCON by a CNC-command. e.g. POS[C]=IC(360) and not by a simple movement by hand. hope that helps CNC600

qx100 Advanced Member Joined: 1/12/2011 Last visit: 6/17/2024 Posts: 44 Rating: (0)	Hi,CNC600, Thank you for your help before ,but now ,the fault happened again .The operator restore the system by "start by saved data",the parameter is reset to primary data.The fault happened again ,but when I changed the encoder pulse from 2300 to 2500 ,and changed the MD34040 from 0.83333 to 5 and change 35300[0]...[5] from 500 to 10 ,follow service people done ,but no any help ,maybe l don't record whole changed parameter .Now I revolution only 296 degree! I think it's as before .I don't understand which paramter is wrong ? Can you help me ? Thanks! (31070 =31080=1,30330 =360 ,30242-0,detail parameter see above attached in thread.)

qx100 Advanced Member Joined: 1/12/2011 Last visit: 6/17/2024 Posts: 44 Rating: (0)	I have found the reason .Though it's so easy ,but the progress is ....... .。The MD31070 and 31080 is setted wrong value.When I havechecked all the parameters ,suddenly ,I understand maybe I made one mistake at first .Though the spindle encoder is directly installed on spindle headbox ,not found gear reducer,so I think MD31070 and 31080 should be both is 1.When I set MD31070 to 5,s1080 to 6,everything is OK.So I thanks a lot for CNC600 and other experts!
