Licence Lost

Dear , 

I had a Problem like this , Siemens told that the hard copy is must to restore the licence. 

Still You can try asking them .

 Hello,

The Software Package have DVD/CD + USB stick + Hard Copy License sheet.

Normally the part number and license serial number is printed on the USB stick and also on the hard copy license sheet.

If you lost both and you only have the empty package which don't have any part number, then how could Siemens check that you have already bought that license key?

I have the Box with DVD , the USB stick and the Hard copy licence is lost. 

But i have all other info like Shipping info , Billing info , etc.. 

Will it work ?

Me too have experienced losing a license, but they wanted or CoL "Certificate of License" or USB label, one of the two, without do not think they are able to go back to your old license ...
