I added a picture of the SRT400. Is your T400 in a Drive (MASTERDRIVE or DC-MASTER) or in the SRT400? Attachment C:\SRT400 with T400.jpg (230 Downloads)

Do you only try to open existing project or do you want to connect to T400 and go online? Please, tell where your T400 is installed? Inside the drive (Simoreg or Simovert) or inside SRT400 rack? Also tell which order number has T400. Samuele2L Have you got also the 222 ver Database file? Even the latest version of DriveMonitor does not have v2.2.2 database for SPW420-program, it has only V2.2.1 and for the T400 inserted in the drive (databases are stored in 'C:\Program Files\Siemens\DriveMonitor\p7vrvisx\SYSTEM\Tech'). I think the person, who create this project, made an online connection with T400 (that have version 2.2.2 of SPW420) and after that DriveMonitor on his PC learned the new database (as miami told you already). You should make the same once. I don't know the exact procedure, but I sure it is possible. Connect your PC to the T400 via RS232. Open DriveMonitor without any project, go to the menu 'File-Setup an USS online connection' and press 'Start', after DriveMonitor founds the T400 it must upload the database v2.2.2 from it. Thus new database will be on your PC and you will be able to open your project and see all the parameters. Or after connection to T400 you may upload all parameter values from it.
