Saber Posts: 49 Rating: (10)	Hi, Could you please navigate to the location where your WinCC is installed, and then go to the folder Diagonse, then please upload the files from both of your redundant servers. PS: you can face this reboot issue whenever you have a problem with your redundancy. BR. Ghassan

Bhooshan Posts: 16 Rating: (0)	Hi everyone I am facing OSServer1 reboot error after every 3 days, since 1 month now and I tried to rectify it by looking at the application log and it said that the reason could be bad installation or redundancy.exe was corrupted. I reinstalled the OSServer but the problem still exists, I have raised a service request and I have been asked to send the diagnostic dump back to Germany for further analysis. Can someone help me on this matter on urgent basis since the production batches are going on.

AbyKoshy Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear All, Some how in PCS7 it is hard coded, when ever Server is connected, Terminal Bus connection should be live, if "Terminal Bus Connection" is not live, and if you try to activate the Server. This Reboot error will pop up and you have reboot the Server. For Development purpose, always keep Terminal Bus connection Live, I mean Terminal Bus assigned in the Server should be connected to some switch and this error will not come while activating the PCS7 Server. Hope this will help many guys dealing with PCS7 Server.... Enjoy!!!
