problems with sinumerik 810D after repair 300500, 300010

Akifiev Posts: 55 Rating: (0)	Well after NCK restoring we have dirve 5 configured to 8A module with power section 11H. MD 1106 drive 5 = 11H. We have errors 300300 300500 about axes. Then i change drive 5 power section to 50A module and change MD 1106 of Drive 5 to 16H - save boot file for drive 5. NCK reset - all values of parameters became #. And errors appear again 300300 and 300500. thats wrong with this boot file? Why it dont saved correctly?

Akifiev Posts: 55 Rating: (0)	Additional axis Q1 for toolchanger (8A module from right side of CCU) was connected to X304 instead of X305on CCU. 810D simply was nor correct assembled after 50A LT modul change.

no no no in 1 post you say for 50A modul - it connected correctits about 8A old module - it was connected to wrong X304 port

Akifiev Posts: 55 Rating: (0)	50A LT module on sinumerik 810D is dead. We replace it with new one but then guys assemble controller back they plug cable from additional 8A LT module to X304 port (it was incorrect). MMC shows errors 300300 and 300500. Then we plug cable from X304 to X305 all start to work without errors. Problem was in people who assemble controller back.
