SIMULATION (4 TO 20 MA )

Hello,

I am trying to simulate ( 4 to 20 ma ) transmitter so when i checked a lot of topics here in siemens forum and also according to siemens manual i  created block ( INST_OUT ) to get ( WORD value at 20 ma  16#16c00 ) which is equal ( 27648  DEC).

but after scaling which was done by ( AI_driver ) I've got only the half of range.

please, check the attachment and let me know what is my mistake.

Please set the correct MODE for the input signal type... See attached file which I got from the helpfile (please check the helpfile for more modes). Normally the MODE parameter is automatically connected to the input signal when generating module drivers. You can also set the MODE yourself.

Let me know if it is the solution.

 Thank you very much after adjusting the mode  to ( 4 to 20MA ) the scaling output coming out as predicted.
