Dc link Sinamics S120 CU320  while is running normally the dc link instantaneous tripped and i get the

faults below

F30851; F34885; F01800; F30897; F34897

Anybody knows the reason , what is going wrong? I have already change TM31 and all drive Cliq cables and the problem still stand.

Hello,

All above faults are related to Drive CLiQ communication error. Check proper connections & firmware compatibility issue of all connected components.

For drive Cliq cables already I checked it also replaced

And for firmware please check the attached photo from      starter overview .

Is this new machine under commissioning or old running machine?

What about drive power unit, motor & encoder FW?

It is old running machine (multidrive smart line module)

My trouble on dc link only not in motor or encoder.

I have the same problem with an old installation. The machine is running for a few hours and fault 30851 is generated. All components have changed (CU, Power Module, Drive-Cliq cables) and the problem persists.
