Hello Saggy; Look at the attachment, taken from the following manual (part of the documentation ^proposed earlier): http://www.energy.siemens.com/ecc_pool/SIPROTEC4/f215125d-6567-4bf0-9362-f6e6efdfab7a/pdp_7sj6263_e.pdf It reflects Mapping 3.1, 100 bytes IN, 9 bytes OUT. Try reproducing this mapping exactly in your module selection in HWConfig: continuous addresses in byte format, I addresses first, Q addresses at the end, and no consistent values selection. Tell us if the configuration is more acceptable to the CPU this way. Hope this helps, Dniel Chartier |

Hello Huyhung; All these subjects have been covered in this thread already, so it would be better if you started by reading the posts that precede yours, and opening the proposed links and documents. A few notes: a mapping is a selection of values that can be transferred to a Profibus master in a single telegram. You must select one of the available mappings before you open Digsi or Step 7, as you plan your application; note how many bytes this mapping will use over Profibus.. When you have selected how you are going to exchange data with the master, open Digsi and in the Communications area select the same mapping for Profibus-DP exchanges. Next open Step 7 and in the Profibus configuration first integrate the 7SJ62 gsd file, then drag an icon for the 7SJ62 to the Profibus master; then select as many modules are necessary to obtain the number of bytes to be exchanges with the selected mapping.(both input and output bytes). For example, mapping 3.1 requires 100 bytes IN and 9 bytes OUT. See the attachment below for a sample configuration for mapping 3.1. Ythis was copied from the following discussion: SIPROTEC Profibus communication with 315-2dp Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

Hello pdas; If the information you are looking for is related to the Siprotec 7SJ62 Profibus files, you can find them all here (gsd, mappings, DIGSI driver): https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109743550 If it is for a different relay, Siemens Energy ( the Siemens division that develops, manufactures and distributes protection equipment) provides access to its documentation at the following address: Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
