Hello everyone. After the movement function (MC_MOVERELATIVE) has been executed, some small reference remains, as a result of which the drive rotates slowly. Sometimes the drive starts to rotate as soon as MC_POWER is turned on. Link to video: [snip] The drive is controlled by Profinet. A TTL 1024 AB encoder (no zero mark) is connected to the inverter. CPU 1510SP-1 PN + SINAMICS G120. TIA Portal v15.1.

Hello, something is wrong with your configuration. Try to move with drive control pannel, and compare values between TO and drive. Actual velocity and speed on drive side and position change depending on velocity. May be encoder configuration or referencevalues are wrong. Here is an example project: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/81666970 |

Do you mean to set parameters p1120/1121=0? |

This is for another drive. Not a servo. What happens when a parameter overflows? Will the score go from 0?

Hello. For some reason, the "drift" started again. After a given movement, a slow rotation occurs. I attach the traces for Kv = 10.0 and Kv = 5.0.

Hello, you could trace TO.velocity setpoint and actualspeed. This is the total speed setpoint from TO and the speed measured on drive. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109770664 Because the not isochronous operation of G120, jitter can cause spikes in actual velocity. I would use 4ms for MC-Servo and 100% Pre control. Then you can use smaller Kv. |

These are not messages from your TO, but from your drive. See here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109764509 |

Increasing the parameter 1082 to 2000 rpm did not help. The warnings appear anyway. Attach a screenshot with p1120.

Hello. Can you tell me why these emissions appear? (red arrows in the screenshot) The trace is attached. Thank you.
