• What is the version of the software you use?
  
  
• What is the part number of the unit you are using now?
  
  
• At what speed is the pulses coming?
  
  
• Did you try making a new small program and test this program?
  
  
• What happens if you use FBD of the code?
  

I see the malfuntion so that input 5 on and off does not count on Thresshold  counter at all.

Tried also other inputs with no result.

When testing in Simulation mode (F3) it will Count.

My version of LOGO software is v8.1 and LOGO 6ED!052-1HB08-0BA0

Puls speed lower than 10 HZ

The attached program is only a short part of a complete program used many years.

The ladder style program you have may be at fault. It may not have converted properly to the LOGO version. This is a users' forum: users helping users on a voluntary basis. The information you have given is not enough to help us help you - unless someone comes forward having solved such issue.

I would encourage you to do some testing with a new project. See if the functionality works for your device if you do not use the original program.

Where did you find that this type of Logo doesn't support the fast counter input? In the logo manual (rev. 11/2017) this type is listed with this feature (page 45).

According to the manual, Siemens guarantees processing of signals with normal digital inputs only up to 4 Hz.
And according to the order number 6ED1052-1HB08-0BA0 you have a LOGO! basic module without fast counter inputs. 

The LOGOI! you want to use is a AC version!

All AC version don't have analog inputs an fast counters!

This features are only in DC version
