Dear Nulizhang and other experts, Setting S4 to 2 solved the problem. I managed to reload the PLC and NC. After that, all the flashing leds on the control went off. Now I have a new problem. I can't move the axes. Only the chip conveyor can be moved. The error message is "Wait:axis enable missing". I have revry similar topic with this issue, but could not solve the problem ( I tried, but could not find how to check DB31.DBX2.1// DB31.DBX21.7//DB31.DBX1.5 signal and some hardware enables). I have attached the photos of the MMC screen. Error messages are in my native language, they means; 600101 "HIDROLIK BASINC DUSUK"- LOW HYRAULIC PRESSURE 510002 "TARET POZISYONU KAYIP"- TURRET POSITION IS LOST. We have added enough hydraulic and gage displays 40 araound Bar. The status display: 5V - green PR-Green SF-Red CB - Flashing Orange I am new with the PLC issues, but I beleive I will do it with your aid. How shall I proceed now? Regards.

Hello erenk, From the screen shots & problem description, I suggest you to check following points. 1. For low hydraulic pressure problem - Check the motor direction for correct pump direction rotation. Refer the manual & check the pump delivery pressure, relief valve setting etc. etc. 2. For turret safe position, please refer the PLC logic & check the turret inputs also check the turret tool number actual position & display of the turret tool number position on the screen. PLC logic will guide you to set the correct/safe turret position & correct tool number. Once it is set, your machine should work. HTH. |

Hello PISCEAN 2010, While trying to find the problem, the low hydraulic pressure problem was cut off itsef I have noticed that, on the HMI, the displayed axis are X, Y, Z and A. And In the jog mode, when ref key is lit, if I press Z+ button, the Y value changed on the screen. So, I thought that there might be a problem with the machine configuration, as this is a turning machine with X,Z,A axis. So repeated the NC & PLC clear and reload procedure again using “810D NC PLC clear & reload proceduer.pdf”in this thread: After reload, the displayed axis on HMI became to X,Z and A. I think this is the correct axis configuration. But, PLC was unable to communicate with NC. I got the 120202 and 2000 alarms again. All the button leds on control was flashing, and status display were: SF: Solid RED PR: Flashing Green PS: Flashing Red PF: Flashing Red PFO: Flashing Orange My observations
What do you think I did wrong? Best Regards |

Hello erenk, Two contradictory posts. In earlier post, you mentioned everything ok, only alarm problem. In last post you mentioned flashing LED status. Anyway please note following points. 1. After reloading correct NC-PLC back up, have you set S3 & S4 rotary switches to 0 position. Please confirm. Also please confirm, you must reload correct NC-PLC back up data, else system will be under fault mode & no further renmedial steps will be beneficial. 2. As you mentioned, SF, PS, PF LED status is RED, it means drive & PLC data has error & PLC is in STOP mode. For this you need to insure that reloaded data is correct. In most cases, after some years, PLC logic modfications & hardware replacement is carried out which may not be compitable with data back up which is quite old. So try to reload latest back up data from the HDD. Or just confirm the present hard ware & Software version with the back up data you are loading. 3. Do not proceed further unless & until PC is in RUN mode & no any NC or drive configuration alarm is present. 4. Please check H3 seven segmant LED display status. Which number it displays? HTH. |

Hello, I tried referencing X-axis first, same problem occurred. DB31.DBX1.6 value is 1. There is no external feedback device. When I change DB31.DBX1.5 to 1, it gets back to value 0 itself. DB2.DBB0 and DB2.DBB1 equal to 000000. Please find the service drive display and PLC status screen shots in the attached zip file. Many thanks for your help!
