logo clock on aws web app problem

hendro setyo widodo Joined: 3/23/2023 Last visit: 7/23/2024 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	heloo i have upload my logo web app to aws and all its works perfect excpet logo clock.. at lwe all paramater must set to iot things name based on aws... but at logo clock i cant change the iot things name ...? i have click the iot things name on logo clock but not work its only show on my aws logo web app : ddd. HH:mm:ss yy-MM-dd not a clock value please help , Thank you very much

You have ensured that the LOGO! has internet access? Additionally, I recommend you review section 2.6.5.1 and 2.6.5.2 of the following manual: LOGO! Web Editor Online Help

It's possible that there might be an issue with the configuration of the IoT Thing or the topic subscription. First, make sure that you have correctly configured the IoT Thing and set up its policies to allow communication between the device and AWS. You can also check the topic subscription settings to ensure that the correct topic is being subscribed to. If all of these settings are correct, it's possible that there might be an issue with the code on the logo clock that is preventing it from properly communicating with the IoT Thing. You may want to review the code and ensure that the necessary functions are being called to establish the connection and receive updates from the IoT Thing. hendro setyo widodo Joined: 3/23/2023 Last visit: 7/23/2024 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Sorry for late reply.. im attach the screenshoot the logo clock only work at local web server , but when my web app deploy on aws ..the logo clock cant work ... but the other parameter can work well cause its can change the iot thing name except logo clock.. my opinion the problem is the logo clock cant change iot thing name at lwe ( the option disabled ) so web app not get data from iot thing ..correct me if wrong.. please help for solved this problem thanks Attachment logo clock problem on aws web app.jpg (425 Downloads)
