I'm using SM 1234. (S7-1200) I supply 10 mm Voltage into Analog Input. (Example: IW96) How can I get the same value in progam (=10)

(Example: IW96) How can I get the same value in progam (=10) I'l try many times but I saw diffrent value Ex: 0 mm Voltage --> progam: 3345 10 mm Voltage --> program 3425 Analog Inputs are 12-bit inputs + sign bit. +/- 27648 counts = full range per PLC configuration for the analog input (You define what the full range is, voltage or current). Assuming you set to voltage, I believe it's +/- 10 VDC = +/- 27648 counts. Use the NORMalize and SCALE commands to create scaled values that represent your 10 mm inputs. Do you mean millivolt or millimeter (mmor mV)? Hope this is helpful. Note that the +/- 27648 maybe 1 off for the extreme values but for NORM/SCALE, it's typically not a problem.

Yesterday, I tried to fix this proplem and the result: input 10 mV -> program 10.3 or 9.2 or 11.4 or 10.5....... result always change. how can i fix it? Example: Input10.7 mV into: IW96 and i saw the value always change in IW96

Example: Input10.7 mV into: IW96 and i saw the value always change in IW96 If you have access to a digital multimeter (DMM) with max/min detector capability, measure the voltage from M to your analog input. Does the max/min change the same as you see in the PLC program's value? If so, it's fixed on the PLC end. If not, please post a screen-shot of your NORM/SCALE ladder while online with your 10 mV input working. Sounds like there is progress! :)
