neel595 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Recently i also faced the same problem.. the problem is due to the size of the project folder jus check its properties.. if its larger than 5-7 gb then just cut paste the folders in Archive Manager from WinCC folder to somewhere else. then try archiving.. folder path of Archive manager "Project Folder">"WinCC proj folder">wincproj>OS>Archive Manager then jus cut paste the contents of all three folders "AlarmLogging","TagLoggingFast","TagLoggingSlow" somewhere else and then try archiving your project..

You can have a message like this "Error 3020:35", with the help message sending you into the wrong direction: "Description of Error: The archive program has not understood the command from STEP 7. This suggests that an older version of the archive program not supported by STEP 7 is installed. STEP 7 supports the following versions of the archive programs [...]" So you have to shorten your program name/path, for example "C:\PLC\Process_D", and after that you can archive it, even with a long archive name. It works fine for me with long archive names like "C:\PLC\Saves\Process_Section_D__2017_01_24__10h25.zip" Hope it helps. J.C

It was rellated to local memory of my computer and the project was too big. I've delete some files and then I could retrieve the project. I hope the tip be useful! Best regards,
