Export restricted Software: can't download anything

I can't download anything, I got the message: "Continue to registration"

Again I feel all user data and system to nothing and wait with comunicat:

If you want to apply for export-restricted downloads, please check the box at the end of the page, and then click on continue.

Checkbox (Yes, I would like to register for access to export-restricted software or access to digital products) is market. 

I try do this every week.

I checked, no browser displays the checkbox with "I`m not robot".

Hello.

I have not seen what you are talking of. What I have seen is a button that needs to be pressed at the end to confirm that Siemens will manually check my request. This was not there 1.5 years ago. Pressing that last button is required.

Perhaps it is something simple that you miss. Or it may be that the confirmation email they send you lands up in your SPAM box. Perhaps it something more complicated. I am confident that this should be a solvable problem.

This is a users' forum and as a user it is difficult to make constructive suggestions without seeing the process you follow. So.. please consider contacting Siemens through the "Support Request" link provided on this web page.

we have found out what the issue is in your case. In your personal data you used a letter, which is  not a Latin letter - only Latin letters are supported by the system (I send you a Screenshot of it via PM for better description).
Please modify your personal data it, so that you are able to make your download.
