What is right software controller for my s7 1515sp cpu?

Hi, 

I got et 200sp open controller, with CPU 1515SP, article number 6ES7677-2AA40-0AA0. It came with a Software controller: CPU 1505SP F V2.1. But I was getting an error "CPU cannot be reached, CPU service is not running". Then I uninstalled that software controller and installed CPU 1505SP v2.1, without F, and changed the date before June 10, 2019. It worked. I could download configuration and program, but when I was following this application example

I got error when I tried to use external mode to simulink. Error is: 

"Error occured while executing External Mode MEX-file 'mwsl_ext_comm_target1500s_v3' :

Target is not working

Please check if ODK object loaded propery or if you need more memory "

Shoud I install software controller for F cpu?

Should I change my date of windows to current date ?

Should I install update v2.1.7?
