Hello Vorapob;

There is an instruction in Ste 7 "STP" that can be used (and triggered via your HMI program) to place the CPU in STOP mode; it is availble in SCL, LAD and FBD:

However there is no instruction available treturn the CPU in RUN, when it is in STOP mode.
