WinCC Flexible 2008 SP5

I am planning to make mini SCADA for my client with PC runtime.

I have around 2000 tags and I've chosen this license 6AV6613-1FA51-3CA0.

Is that license enough for runtime (I don't need engineering station on customer PC only runtime to operate SCADA)?

This license would be valid only to run Runtime on the PC.

If you are also going to develop the project (Engineering), you will also need a Micro, Compact, Standard or Advanced WinCC Flexible license.

Note: if the engineering PC is going to be the same as the Runtime PC, perhaps the engineering license will suffice.
