Hello Elektron_srl; When it comes to migration of specific versions of WinCC, believe mr, you must follow Siemens' instructions very carefully. I remember that they introduced extensive changes to the WinCC database on one of these service packs for version 6 (I can't remember the exact details), but if it is specified that migrations require SP3, understand you first need to apply SP3. Migration will not work from SP2. Here is a link didcussing how to apply v6.2 SP3, if you do not have a support package license for WinCC v6.2 you will need tp order and install SP3 from the DVD, or you can download the 1,2 GB file, and install it: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/us/en/view/35958594 Then you can apply the previous recommwndations for migration to v7, v7.2 and finally to v7.5 Hope this helps Daniel Chartier |

Hello Elektron_srl; Unfortunately, WinCC 7.2 has been declared discontinued recently, so there re no longer any downloads available in Product Support: - Product cancellation and Product discontinuation: SIMATIC WinCC V7.2 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109801438 My best suggestion at this time would be to open a Support Request (the link is found at the top of this page), which puts you in contact with Siemens support staff. Explain your issues and requirements, and ask for help and suggestions for your migration path. This is the best way to get the support you need, at this stage. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
