Hello. How does your PLC program look like? Attached is a working Python program. It is an active client linking to a passive server (PLC). Hello. Any specific reason why you are pulsing the make-a-connection instruction? Consider saving the status of the block if an error occurs. The error bit is active only for one scan. Deeper analysis might be possible if you share some PLC code and Python code. I assume you are using actual hardware and not a simulation. It may be helpful to look into the TCP template that is available from this Siemens provided library: ~ |
