Change the geometry in the tool management.

Hi everyone. 

I want lock the machine with key 2 position for Operator.  How we change the protection level?

Or in the Tool list in the parameter, it have 1 line " Length " for X geometry.  How can I add 1 more " Length " for Z geometry? 

If machine with key 2 position, we can't change the geometry in the tool management.
