Slicing refused in S7-1500 project

Dear all, 

I have same problem, but i dont understand this. 

cpu : 1515F / Tia v15.1  / DB is optimized. 

And in another project work it this forma. 

I attached photo this situation. 

Do you have some ideas?

Hello.

By default, the slicing you indicated is only possible if the base tag is a BYTE, WORD, DWORD or LWORD. It is not possible for something like an integer. Changing the datatype will solve your problem.

Switch off the IEC check on the code block. Then the error will go away.

Thank you, i changed the variable type to byte and it worked. 

But i try this situation(int address) in v16 version and i dont have problem :D

If you checked on another copy of V15.1 and there it worked, that would be something surprising. In this case I see nothing special.
