Are we able to import the MPC / APC library into an S7-1500

Are we able to import the MPC / APC library into an S7-1500, and if not - what level of controller is required to support these add on instructions.

Working with an S7-1500 + WinCC deployment, but not necessarily a PCS7 installation - but I was hoping to utilize the MPC library for some of their loops.

If one were to upgrade the necessary controller to an MPC compatible version (ie: S7-300/400) (assuming it's compatible with the remainder of the infrastructure) - will the MPC library be usable without a specific PCS license or something

as far as I know you cannot import MPC/APC libraries from PCS7 to TIA Portal for the S7-1500. To edit the add-ins for S7-1500 you need STEP 7 (TIA Portal) V16 or higher.
