Hello, I have question about HMI Linear Scaling. I am currently using tp1500 comfort panel and I want to monitor Ac motor current. I used Hall Effect current transducer (4-20ma) with 0-50A input to 4-20ma Output to monitor AC motor current and the output signal connected to a-1019 RS485 with setting of 4-20ma. From the RS485, I connect directly to the HMI. During my testing (clamping on AC supply connected to DC motor Tester, my current transducer output shows different value compared to clamp meter (possible DC current as it shows the same value in DC drive digital voltmeter display). and the scaling is not tally with the clamp meter. I have 2 inquiries which is: 1) How can I scale 0-50A in my HMI from 4-20ma Output from A-1019 RS485 in HMI linear scaling. 2) Does hall effect current transducer only able to measure DC current only (Based on my understanding should be able to read AC Current as well) Thanks and Best Regards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
