Hello, can anybody help me to find the SentesoView software. i need it to control my new FC2040 fire detection central. thank you. |

Hello the rain; I cannot give you access to the software, but I can show you where to look for it. Sinteso is a Fire Safety Network distributed by Siemens Building Technologies (Germany): www.buildingtechonologies.siemens,com SintesoView is a visualisation software available for these units. Look at the following information and documentation site for Sinteso: http://www.buildingtechnologies.siemens.com/products_systems/fire_safety/fire_safety_planning/sinteso_planning_tools.htm?languagecode=en On the right side of the page, there is a link to the Sinteso catalog that mentions SintesoView with units it can be connected to; but they also mention "button authorization", which looks to me like a hardware key for the software to be inserted in the FCxxxx units. Hello therain; Your vendor is probably the best ressource for the manuals you need also. The following link to the information request pages for SBT is the closest I have found on access to manuals for Sinteso. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
