Hi! I have a problem and I don't really know how to deal with it. I need to control a 0-10v valve with a PT 1000 temp sensor through a LOGO. Nothing complicated, only that the signal from the temperature sensor fluctuates a lot and with a high frequency, I also tried with a sensor with a 0-10 v signal and another controller with a dedicated input for PT1000, respectively 10V or 4-20ma and it happens the same phenomenon. Specifically, I followed the documentation from Siemens exactly. You said that you managed to connect it, can you tell me how you connected it or if I have to configure it in any way? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, I think you need only use PI controller and read another tips for fluctuating analog signal HERE AttachmentCircuit Diagram1.zip (406 Downloads) |
