Is there any way to enable write of control variables without having to use the "Enable Write" at IEC Browser?

How can I write MMS commands to control variables in other SCADA softwares? IECBrowser is a client simulator which can execute real commands on the IEDs. It is used for tests and commissioning only, not real operation. The password is to avoid unwanted commands.
