logo timeout using LAN

I am having a hard time trying to transfer the program from PC to the Logo I have the following configuration Logo IP Address 192.168.1.17 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 Gateway 192.168.1.254 computer has an IP 192.168.1.20 static or dinamic connected directly to a switch LAN cable works perfectly i have a tester I receive timeout response The most frustrating part is that sometimes and i dont know how to explain it just works and most of the time just dont work and i cannot transfer program , i have attached the program so that you can see the complete issue there is a lan connnection because i can stop and run the logo! and i can set time, i just cannot download any program, it doest matter the complexity i appreciate a lot your comments Attachment laundry_v0.zip (340 Downloads)

You post also your problem in this topic (post #12): Can not transfer program with message text from PC---LOGO Your program ist not problem, I can it upload to my LOGO! without any problem. See my post in the other topic. Why do you enter a gateway address? Are the LOGO! and the PC in different subnets? Have you select in the transmission window the correct network adapter? Is the IP address of the LOGO! double awarded?

Camez Member Joined: 10/4/2018 Last visit: 8/29/2024 Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	I am sorry I am new in platform and didnt know if my previous message was puslished I will try to erase previous message I have sellected properly the adapter i have an USB LAN Adapter After a long time i receive time out or that the program has been loaded but if i check in logo it says that there is an empty program. So far I dont know what else to do, because i am trying to load from the SD Card and it says that it does not contain any program Thank you in advance

What is the IP address of the USB/LAN adapter? Please write the exact IP address and the subnet mask. I think you have some kind of IP address problem... You try to load the program with a SD card? Then must you save the program as a bin file with a special name on your PC and then copy the bin file to the SD card. The SD card must be formatted with FAT32 and the max capacity of the SD card must be 32 GB.

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 11/12/2024 Posts: 34207 Rating: (4260)	Camez I am using a 64 gb SD so perhaps that is the problem regarding the visibility for the logo program. Then must you create a FAT32 partition with a maximum size of 32 GB on the SD card.

AutoGen_380038 Silver Member Joined: 9/11/2014 Last visit: 11/12/2024 Posts: 775 Rating: (33)	Hi, disconnect LOGO! from your network and ping the LOGO! IP. Maybe there is an IP-adr. conflict. What is the ordernumber of the LOGO! you use and what is the Version of LOGO! SOft Comfort? Maybe you need to upgrade your LOGO! Soft Comfort. Hope this helps
