If you have Microsoft Office x64 installed, use the following string for "regasm": C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe <Pfad zu Opc.Ua.ExcelClient.dll> /tlb /codebase from Page 7 of the link AutoGen_1002338 Cioa, thanks for the links.
