Read Temperature from TCW210-th data logger with Modbus TCP/IP.

My Siemens logo 8 ip is 192.168.1.20 and TCW210 data logger ip is :192.168.1.40 . Logo 8 is client and TCW210 is Server in Modbus protocol (Port:502) . command is requesting the content of holding registers 19800 and use converter float to integer but cannot reading temperature data, Please help me.
