On the website I find a discontinued product, where it says: Successor: See SIOS Entry ID 109817873 Entered SIOS and typing this number ID in the search, it is not found. Can you help me find the successor model for this source? https://mall.industry.siemens.com/mall/en/ww/Catalog/Product/?mlfb=6EP1334-1LD00 And show me the correct way to check this? It wouldn't be easier to put the direct link in the ad, that way your customer goes straight to the successor. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi S@lles, You have done everything correctly to search for an entry by its ID. Simply enter the ID and perform a search in the knowledgebase. This will take you directly to the entry you are looking for, if it exists. However, the entry does not currently exist and you cannot find it. For information about replacement products, see the product cancellation note for the previous version of the product. Kind regards |
