Cyclic Timer

Saruca Posts: 122 Rating: (1)	Hi everyone, I need to write a short program for STEP 7 consisting in a cyclic timer. I don't know if that's the correct way of naming it in English but what I need for the program to achieve is what follows. I want to activate a time countdown of 10 seconds when a certain input is set. I know there has to be a flank for the timers to start timing but I don't have one. I want the program to count those 10 seconds and activate an output when that time has passed but I don't want to set the input every 10 seconds in order to get a flank. I hope you understand what I mean. Is there such a thing as a cyclic timer? If so, could anyone share the code for it? Thanks in advance, Sara
