When you are doing some engineering, then you need WinCC RC license. You can remove WinCC RT license, then you do some engineering. When you are done please transfer WinCC RT back. Another issue, it looks like License you have is corrupted. Please contact Authorisation Hotline of Siemens to get it fixed. Best regards, Wizard

Khaled_Ezzat Silver Member Joined: 9/7/2007 Last visit: 10/9/2024 Posts: 550 Rating: (62)	Hi maveric I have seen your attachment I found that there is only ONE RT corrupted license and there is no any RC license so: 1) For the RT License you can call the support and they can help you for this issue through the recover wizard in the ALM 2) you must have an RC license else you could not configure the project.
