Change Desigo CC v6 date and time format without changing language

I have english US and the format is mm/dd/yyyy 12am/pm, and the only way to change to dd/mm/yyyy 24h is to change to German. I have follow this procedure but it didnt work https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109792061 Is there a way to do it? Also, how do I add another language other than german? br,

After that, you can customize the date, time, and regional settings and set dd/MM/yyyy HH:mm as indicated in the document you mentioned. You cannot add a new language once the project has been created but you can change a language to another one if one is not used.
