fault when update OS OP77A

Check documentation how to set it to download mode, turn OFF/ON and maybe some key pressed are required. Download your OP manual and check that inside documentation how to do it.

I expect in case of reset or other similar procedure to download complete Prj, not only prj as is (changes). Your situation looks to me like this, it ahs only that std basic system text.
