Field PG M5 boot up problem & max memory

Hello everyone,

Recently my PG doesn't boot up after BIOS sceen, a couple times

especially after shutdown a long time (like booting up in morning)

Everytime I need to do long press on power button to power it up again and everything works.

I've already do a clean OS installation and bios update to v220111

the problem still comes up

one or two times this happens when I plug the power cord

so I think might be related to bad battery ( with windows battery report only 50% capacity left)

I've already orederd new battery, but I think perhaps memory module is worth to replace too

because sometimes it even doesn't show bios screen, power led on but still black screen

In some veryrare situation, I got flickring screen my be 1-2s and it reboot itself.

After doing some research I've found the PG is capable of using 64GB ram

but it just some thread reply claimed, the official spec is up to 32GB (my PG already is)

Is there anyone try putting 64gb on the M5?

In response to the second question, about the max memory, as you explained in PG M5 release note, RAM can be expanded up to 32GB. However, in the case of its successor, PG M6, RAM can be expanded up to 64GB.
