Need help for setting Ident profile blocks for reading mds 124 RFID with RF186C - CPU3193PN/DP - RF340R

Hello,

I need help reading mds 124 RFID , I installed the block ident profile found on this linkhttps://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/zm/en/view/109476945but I don't understand the parameters to put in the block entries.

Actually, my RFID reader is lit blue and turns white when I approach an mds tag but when "initCommand" = "true" the reader stay blue and don't turn green.

Are there any parameters to change in T "IID_HW_CONNECT" depending on the tag used?

Hi,

if the reader's LEDs are blue/white  a reset command (write config command if you're using ident profile) has to be sent to the reader.

Are you using TIA portal oder Step7 classic?

I found this documentation but everything is done on tia portal and I am on step 7.

You're right, the documentation contains screenshots from TIA. Never the less the things that have to be done are the same. They only look differnt in TIA, but handling data types and blocks is the same for both.

Sorry, I'm not sure if I understood this question: "I need to set it to standard rfid?"
