I keep getting the message "Please restart Windows before installing new programs"

Please suggest the solution

 The solution is the link to the FAQ in the second post from Wizard of this topic.

Important:

Delete the entire "PendingFileRenameOperations" entry and then close Registry Editor (not just the contents).

If you still get the request for a restart, i recommend a support request.
