For 24V inputs/outputs you can use the Siemens I/O Module (6ES7647-0KA01-0AA2)with 5DIs, 2AIs and 2DOs. 

 In order to read/write IOs from/to this module from Node.JS directly (not node-red), what library should I install? Is there any examples to explain how it works?
