Micromaster 440 vfd-display is not showing the actual RPM

Dear sir

In Siemens micromaster 440 vfd  display not showing actual RPM can you tell me how to enable it, to show the RPM in display(BOP)...?

r0022 can display 'filtered rotor speed', this is however a calculated figure, based upon the frequency and the characteristic of the motor.

This figure cannot take account of load related rotor slip.

Inverter drive units usually take 'Frequency' as the most relevant figure for operation with an asynchronous motor, more useful, where motors are required to operate at high frequencies. Such as centrifuge, high speed fans, spindles, and routers, operating with non standard V/F, where actual speed is derived from encoder feedback.

In contrast the Sinamics G120 devices refer to RPM, which is also a calculated figure; as the code for these devices is aligned more closely with the Siemens Servo devices.

Mm440 drive 

Frequency is increasing upto 50 hz 

Motor 3000 rpm is increasing

But we required the actual maximum 350rpm in the main BOP panel here it is going upto 200rpm if we increase potentiometer beyond 200rpm not increasing can you help me
